Description

1. It is a kind of new and efficient bend muffler with sound-absorbing components of micro orifice plate. It has feature of sample structure, bearable the impact of high temperature airflow, damp-proof, fireproof, anti-corrosive and no dust during work.

2. It can be made into the structure of single-layer single-chamber (HY-XWW-D) and double-layer double-chamber (HY-XWW-S). Resistance loss is small and resistance value ζ<1.0, applicable with airflow velocity 5~15m/s, and silencer volume can reach 5~15dB.

3. It's structure is exterior angle tangent arc and inner circle arc. The inner arc radius R is shown in standard dimension table. Figure A×B in above picture belongs to the bend muffler of horizontal installation. Please definitely tell us horizontal installation or vertical installation before placing order and which is horizontal size.
